Global Business Systems is part of TIS Software Limited, a privately held company based at Bourne End in Buckinghamshire. The company is owned by its management and employees and by funds managed by Dunedin Capital Partners who provided equity funding in support of the MBO.

As well as software and hardware, Global Business Systems and its resellers provide professional pre- and post-sales consultancy, project management and implementation services, to ensure that systems deliver what our customers expect them to deliver.
