Mike Johns, 36, joined TIS Software Ltd in January 2008 as Finance Director.

Mike has held senior management positions within the software industry for the last ten 10 years including Group Finance Director and member of the board of directors of SmartStream Technologies Group Limited, a market leading supplier of back office solutions to global banks and financial institutions. Most recently Mike was Chief Financial Officer of Iris Financial Solutions Limited, a supplier of front and middle office systems to financial institutions.

Mike holds a BSC(Hons) degree in Physics from Birmingham University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
