The team at Paradigm Westminster is a specialist in the implementation and support of OneOffice 3000, having been implementing solutions around this software, and its predecessor Global 2000 (BOS), for over 25 years.
The company has produced a number of modules, integrated with OneOffice 3000 software, to provide additional functionality or for industry specific tasks.
Grants Administration
The Grants Administration system is suitable for charities and other grant making bodies. It controls grant requests, approvals, and payments, and provides a complete picture of grants approved, paid out, and not taken up for individual beneficiaries and the organisation as a whole. Grant payments, regular and one-off, can be paid to the beneficiaries or third parties by cheque or bank transfer including overseas payments. All necessary paperwork for beneficiaries or committees is produced by the system. The financial accounts, including grant commitments, are automatically updated. The system can operate stand alone or can be linked to The Raiser's Edge.
Charity Accounting
The OneOffice 3000 Financial Accounting suite has been augmented in order to produce accounts to SORP 2005 and FRS12 standards.
Electronic Forms
The Electronic Forms module allows PDF versions of all OneOffice 3000 standard forms such as purchase orders, invoices and customer statements to be created and e-mailed automatically to the recipients. This is a big cost saver, and e-mailed invoices and statements have been found particularly effective in speeding payment.
Point of Sale and Trade Counter
These add-ons to the OneOffice 3000 Sales Order Processing module are designed for use in retail and trade operations. The order entry function has been streamlined and the modules allow multiple payment methods at the point of goods being taken.
Other Modules
As a long term holder of the source code for OneOffice 3000 Paradigm Westminster have made many, many more application and industry specific enhancements. Look at their website or contact them for addition information.
